Joseph Chang is a Director of Operations with 11 years at Opus CMC and 12 years of experience in secondary mortgage market due diligence. Joseph’s primary focus has been in the QM, Non-QM, Securitization/ Non-Securitization, and Forensic Litigation space. He is responsible for oversight on reviews from assisting management to underwriting staff to assisting with clients. In addition to operational oversight, he works in conjunction with other Opus Directors and department management heads to design policies and implement strategies that drive efficiency while improving the quality of deliverables to all Opus’ clients. Joseph believes team building, professional development, and collaboration are fundamentals needed for staff to provide quality products to our clients.
