Heidi Trachte is Director of Quality Control and Chief of Staff.  She has 17 years of secondary mortgage market due diligence experience with MDMC/Opus CMC and over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry.  Heidi is responsible for overseeing the quality control measures within our operations department.  This includes implementing an internal auditing process across our reviews to monitor and report on the quality of our staff as well as overseeing our training plans and initiatives.  In conjunction with Quality Control, Heidi tracks the skillset of our team and is responsible for assigning staff to active deals to ensure reviews are completed in a timely manner.  Additionally, Heidi takes an active role in various HR activities including Payroll items and our Accounts Payable process.  Heidi values the partnerships we have with our clients and prides herself on delivering a quality and timely product.
